Upload a PDF or CSV
The easiest way to add lab results is to upload a file directly from your desktop.
Supported File Types

- Select Upload a File
- Drag and drop your file onto the upload zone, or click to browse

- Review the preview table (see below)

The Preview Table
Section titled “The Preview Table”Before saving, you can review and edit every extracted result:
| Column | What it is |
|---|---|
| Test Name | Normalized test name — click to edit |
| Value | Numeric or text result |
| Unit | e.g. mg/dL, K/uL — suggested from reference defaults if blank |
| Reference Range | Low–high bounds or text range (e.g. <200) |
| Date | Collection or result date (YYYY-MM-DD) |
| Status | Normal / Abnormal — toggle manually or auto-derived from range |
Editing: Click any cell to edit it inline. Changes are not saved until you click Save Results.
Suggested values: Units or ranges filled in from the built-in reference table appear in italics. You can edit or clear them.
Outlier warnings: A yellow ⚠ icon appears next to values that are implausibly far outside the reference range (>20× the upper bound or <1/20 of the lower bound). This usually means a parsing error — verify before saving.
AI badge: If AI extraction was used (for unrecognized or scanned PDFs), a badge appears at the top of the table.
Adding or Removing Rows
Section titled “Adding or Removing Rows”- Add row — click + Add Row to insert a blank entry for a result not in the file
- Delete row — click the trash icon at the end of any row
Bulk Import
Section titled “Bulk Import”To upload many files at once without reviewing each one, use Bulk Import from the Import hub. Files are processed and saved automatically with no preview step. The size limit for bulk uploads is 20 MB per file (vs. 100 MB for single-file import).
After processing, the results table shows a Review count for each file — a yellow triangle with a number means that file produced outlier values (results more than 20× outside the reference range) that are worth checking. Click the results need review link at the top to open the Results view filtered to those entries.
