Medications

The Medications view keeps a record of every medication and supplement you’ve taken, including dosage, frequency, and date ranges. This data powers the medication overlays in Trends and the Medication Effect and Appointment Prep reports.

Each row shows:

  • Name — medication or supplement name
  • Type badge — Rx (prescription), Supplement, or Other
  • Dosage & frequency — e.g., “10mg, once daily”
  • Date range — when you started and (if applicable) stopped
  • Status — Active (currently taking) or Inactive (stopped)
  • Notes — any free-text notes you’ve added

If the same medication was taken in multiple periods (e.g., stopped and restarted at a different dose), the row shows a periods count. Click to expand and see all periods.

  • Name
  • Type (Rx, Supplement, Other)
  • Dosage and frequency
  • Start date (required for Medication Effect report)
  • End date (leave blank if still taking)

If you stopped a medication and restarted it later, expand the medication row and click Add period to record the new date range and dosage without creating a duplicate entry.
