In the year 1993 President Bill Clinton said in congress that he wants fix the present health system which is broken badly. The Americans were a bit confused about what this health viewer would do though they already get the highest quality medical services. The answer is, it needs a fundamental reform. There is an insurance bias that exists in the country. Insurance providers intended to cover only healthy persons. As a result of which many people remains uninsured. To solve this problem health viewers and other specialists suggested two steps to be taken. One is to turn probability insurance in real. At present, 28% of the Americans lose health insurance coverage if they loss their job. As a result, 28% of the Americans are in doubt to change their jobs as they may lose their coverage and will not get coverage from other companies because of the existing conditions. The second one is insurance providers must not be biased to choose only healthy people and not to choose who are weak and sick but every person must get benefit of health insurance. Today a health viewer demands that performance data should be published by every hospital and doctor and a standard basic health package must be offered. This will provide information about the performance rate of the hospitals and physicians. This will help the patients to be more conscious consumers. Standardization of basic health benefits is essential as it makes it easy for the consumers to compare the services of the health care providers. Also an economic method of health system funding is in demand. In the summary of the report of the Congressional Budget Office, director Robert Reischauer said that a federal entitlement to health services and a compulsory payment system to finance those benefits would be established by the Health Security Act. It is a positive sign the country’s citizens have become conscious health viewers to reform the health care system. It is expected that the final reform will bring both quality health services for every American and an economic method to fund the health care system.
